MLS Listing Sheet Abbreviations
When you are looking through listings from Multiple
Listing Srevice formerly known as MLSNI now known as MREDLLC,
you will see a lot of abbreviations, often confusing. I made up
this page as a little "cheat sheet", to explain some of
them.

APPL: What appliances are included with
purchase
ASM: What the association fee is (if
any)
B: When the home was built
B2: Bedroom two size
B3: Bedroom three size
B4: Bedroom four size
BAS: Whether or not the home has a basement
and, if it does, if it's finished
BMT: Same basic thing as BAS, just whether
or not the home has a basement
BR: Number of bedrooms
BTH: Number of bathrooms
C: Whatever county the home is in
CAR: The number of cars that will fit in
the garage
DIM: The dimensions of the lot
DR: Dining room size
FP: Whether or not the home has a
fireplace, and, if it does, how many
FR: Family room size
KT: Kitchen size
LR: Living room size
MB: Master bedroom size
PKN: Whether or not the home has a garage,
parking space, etc.
RM: How many rooms are in the home
STY: The style of the home
SUB: Whatever subdivision the home is
in
TPE: The type of home it is (as an example,
a raised ranch, split level, etc.)
TX: The home's property taxes
TXY: The tax year
